GM1200 is a high performance low dropout linear regulated power supply (LDO). The GM1200 can deliver 200mA at a typical dropout voltage of 353mV. Operating quiescent current is typically 1.9mA and falls below 1uA in shutdown. The device adjusts the output voltage with an off-chip resistor and is capable of maintaining unity-gain operation over a wide output voltage range (1.5V to 15V). The performance indicators are as follows: Ultra-low RMS noise: 0.8μVRMS Ultra-low point noise: 2.8nV/√Hz (at 10kHz) Ultra-high PSRR: 80dB (at 1MHz) Maximum output current: 200mA Wide input voltage range: 2.6V to 20V, single Capacitor Improves Noise and PSRR 100μA SET Pin Current: ±1% Initial Accuracy Programmable Current Limit High Bandwidth: 1MHz Low Dropout Voltage: 353mV Output Voltage Range: 1.5V to 15V, Programmable by a Single Resistor Multiple Output Voltages Can Be Paralleled One device for lower noise and higher current Minimum output capacitance: 4.7µF (ceramic) Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
